Lynn Walters Rekhi

Lynn Walters Rekhi, SHRM-CP, is a seasoned human resources professional with extensive experience in immigration program management and HR operations. Currently serving as Manager, People Business Partner and Manager, People Solutions at Ginkgo Bioworks, Inc., since September 2021, Lynn oversees US and Global Immigration Programs. Previous roles include Human Resources Generalist at Vista Higher Learning, where process improvements and employee onboarding were streamlined, and Senior Specialist at the Broad Institute of MIT and Harvard, focusing on immigration and appointment programs. Lynn has also advised over 5,000 international students at Boston University in immigration matters and holds an EdM from Harvard Graduate School of Education and an AB from the University of Chicago.
