Clemens Barkow

Clemens is a principal at Ginkgo focusing on IT strategy & innovation, business IT alignment and portfolio management. In addition, he acquired substantial experience in digital product development, information management and enterprise architecture. He spent more than 10 years as a management and IT consultant on international projects and has worked for almost 6 years in the renewables industry as well. He excels at enabling business strategies by digital transformations – defining value drivers, deriving required building blocks and ensuring successful realization. Clemens holds a MSc in Economics (Albert-Ludwigs-Universität, Freiburg) and a MSc in Strategic Planning (Heriott Watt University, Edinburgh). He currently lives in Hamburg with his wife and two children. He enjoys reading, spending time with his family and being out in the countryside.
