Daniel Dede

Daniel is a principal at Ginkgo with more than 9 years of experience in Strategy Consulting, Digital Business and Technology Management. He has strong expertise in Financial Services and Automotive Industries covering strategy development, organizational transformation as well as project- and interim management. Besides critical project turnarounds his passion is to shape organizations building high performing innovation, delivery and transformation structures facing current challenges of the digital transformation. Daniel founded and drives the Ginkgo Method Lab to explore and develop progressive and established management and consulting approaches as well as to convey exchange between startups and corporates. He studied in Hamburg and Monterrey (Mexico) and holds a degree of Industrial Engineering (Dipl.-Ing. oec.). Daniel lives in Hamburg and loves sports, wellness, good coffee, wine and food.
