Holger Bartling

Holger Bartling has over 30 years of experience in finance and controlling roles. Holger is currently the Head of Finance & Controlling at Eraneos - powered by Ginkgo since 2023. Previously, from 2022 to 2023, they served as the Leiter Rechnungswesen / Accounting at Emvia Living GmbH, where they were responsible for optimizing financial procedures and reducing complexity. From 2018 to 2021, they were the Director Finance & Controlling K+L Germany at IRS Group, where they supported the division of Body & Paint (K+L) in Germany. From 2006 to 2018, they worked at Aon Deutschland as the Director of Finance/Country Controller (CFO) Germany, with overall financial responsibility for the German and Swiss organizations. Additionally, they served as the Head of Controlling ARS, responsible for financial planning & analysis. Before that, from 1994 to 2002, they held various controlling positions at Thomas Cook AG, where they were responsible for financial planning, analysis, budgeting, and forecasting for the German brands. Lastly, they started their career as Assistant to the Management Board at CompuNet Computer Vertriebs-GmbH in 1991.

Holger Bartling attended FAU Erlangen-Nürnberg from 1984 to 1990, where they obtained a Diploma in Business Administration.
