Lars Godzik

Lars is a founding partner at Ginkgo. He is involved in helping large multinationals on a wide array of strategic issues including questions on the strategically beneficial application of business technology in a multinational environment. He has more than 15 years of project experience, covering numerous industries and topics as diverse as business process outsourcing, portfolio optimization, IT strategy and governance, and shared services. Before founding Ginkgo, Lars was principal and member of the management team at DiamondCluster and principal at Capgemini. He started his consulting career at Andersen Consulting Strategy after working for Otto Group, the large German conglomerate, on corporate development, M&A, and E-commerce. He holds a degree in business administration (University of Saarland, Keio University Tokyo, Free University Berlin) and currently lives in Hamburg and Singapore. Lars enjoys endurance sports and travelling, and cultivates a profound interest in contemporary art.
