Marcus Müller

Marcus is a founding partner at Ginkgo. He supports clients in enhancing their competitiveness by improving business efficiency through the definition and implementation of to-the-point strategies and concepts. He has more than 15 years of project experience, covering IT strategy and governance, business process outsourcing, IT cost optimization, the set-up of shared service centres, and customer care operations. Marcus is particularly knowledgeable about the telecommunications and automotive industries. Before founding Ginkgo, Marcus was Manager in the Strategic Technology Management Group at DiamondCluster and Manager IT Strategy and Senior Architect at Capgemini. He holds a combined degree in business administration and computer science (Technical University of Braunschweig and Technical University of Dresden). He currently lives in Hamburg with his wife and two children. Marcus enjoys spending time with his family, as well as scuba diving and cooking.
