Nolan Watts

Nolan Watts is an experienced construction and project management professional with a strong background in interior renovations and project oversight. Currently serving as the Director of Interior Renovations and previously as a Construction Project Manager at Ginkgo Residential since July 2017, Nolan has developed expertise in managing complex projects. Prior to this role, Nolan held the position of Assistant Project Manager at Wood Partners from December 2014 to June 2017 and at Campus Crest from January 2013 to December 2014. Educational credentials include a Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management from Clemson University and an Associate's Degree in Architectural Engineering Technologies from Midlands Technical College.
