Taylor Nugent

Taylor Nugent is a construction and projects associate at Ginkgo Residential. Prior to joining Ginkgo, Taylor worked as a property manager for Westminster Company and Greenleaf. As a property manager, Taylor was responsible for all aspects of the assigned portfolio, including occupancy rate, resident retention rate, budget preparation, and community involvement. Taylor is skilled in Entrata Software and is passionate about providing a sense of home for all residents.

Taylor Nugent has been working in the real estate industry for many years. They have a degree in business administration and management from the Manufacturing & Business Association. They also have a certification in accredited residential manager from the IREM WESTERN PA CHAPTER.

Taylor Nugent reports to Phillip Foley, Director of Projects and Services. They work with Nolan Watts - Construction Project Manager, Damian Wilson - Regional Service Manager, and Keith Howard - Regional Service Manager.
