Obaid Arshad

Obaid Arshad is a seasoned entrepreneur and business leader with extensive experience in e-commerce and retail technology. As the CEO and founder of Ginkgo Retail since October 2020, Obaid has developed a software solution that integrates e-commerce platforms with brick-and-mortar setups, enhancing omnichannel retail capabilities for merchants. Additionally, Obaid serves as CEO and co-founder of Ginkgo Business Solutions, providing e-commerce enabling and operational outsourcing services. Previous roles include co-founder at Deployers.pk and significant positions at Alchemative, where Obaid contributed as both Advisor for Growth and Director of E-commerce. Earlier career experiences include leadership in customer service at Sapphire Retail Limited, business development at Alchemative, and various roles in operations and retail sales. Obaid holds an MBA in Marketing from Preston University and a B.Com. in Accounting and Finance from Jinnah College of Commerce.
