Lance Powlison

Lance Powlison, PMP, is an accomplished Senior Project Manager at Ginn Group since April 2025, with a robust background in land development. Previously, as Land Development Director at Taylor Morrison from March 2021 to April 2025, Lance achieved the highest safety audit score in the country and generated annual savings of $779,000 through value engineering. As Mixed-Use Land Development Project Manager at Newland from 2017 to March 2021, Lance led the state's largest planned unit development and received Engineering Excellence honors for a significant railroad-crossing project. Lance served as a Council Member for the NW Oregon Resource Advisory Council, appointed by the U.S. Secretary of the Interior.
