Alven Lam

Alven Lam has extensive experience in international markets and research, currently serving as Managing Director of International Markets at Ginnie Mae since February 2013 and previously as Director of International Markets. Additionally, Alven holds the position of Director of International Research at the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development since October 1999. Prior to these roles, Alven was a Fellow at the Lincoln Institute of Land Policy from July 1989 to October 1999. Alven Lam earned a Doctor of Design in Land Economics and International Development from Harvard University Graduate School of Design from 1987 to 1989.
