Jim Bean, MBA has a diverse work experience in various industries. Jim started their career in 2000 as a General Manager at Abercrombie & Fitch and later became a Department Supervisor at Best Buy. In 2004, they joined Freddie Mac as a Financial Analyst and progressively advanced to roles such as Senior Financial Analyst, Manager of Derivatives Operations, Senior Manager of Derivatives, Debt & Equity Operations, and Associate Director of Treasury & Short Term Debt Funding. In 2011, Jim joined the US Navy Reserve as a Supply Corps Officer. Currently, they work as a Business Analyst at Ginnie Mae since October 2020.

Jim then pursued a Bachelor of Science in Finance from George Mason University's School of Business, completing it in 2007.
