Nicole Jackson

Nicole Jackson has a wide range of work experience in various roles and companies. Nicole started their career as a Staff Accountant at Carey Winston Commercial Real Estate and later moved to E*TRADE Financial in the same role. After working at E*TRADE Financial for three years, they joined Fannie Mae as a Financial Analyst and progressively moved up to Senior Financial Analyst, Business Analyst III, and finally Business Analyst IV. At Fannie Mae, they focused on financial analysis and business analysis. In 2012, they joined Ginnie Mae as a Senior Data Analyst and led several initiatives to improve data quality and availability for reporting and analytics purposes. Nicole also managed the adoption of Mortgage Industry Standards Maintenance Organization (MISMO) and the creation of the Data Analytics and Report Tool using Business Objects. Overall, Nicole has extensive experience in data management, financial analysis, and business analysis.

Nicole Jackson completed their Bachelor's Degree in Accounting from Towson University, where they studied from 1988 to 1992. Nicole later obtained an Associate's Certificate in Project Management from The George Washington University in 2010.
