Christian Alexander Sassin is a seasoned professional with a diverse background in management and business development. Since August 2014, Christian has served as Geschäftsführer at educaro Deutschland GmbH, focusing on infrastructure, education, and technology for career migration in healthcare, technology, and education sectors. Additionally, Christian has been an ambassador for the German Indian Startup Exchange Program since February 2018, mentoring start-ups and fostering Indo-German economic relations. Christian's advocacy for Indo-German relations also extends to the Indo-German Young Leaders Forum, while previous experience as managing partner at GSHconsulting LLC involved providing IT, accounting, and strategy services for SMEs. Christian holds a Master of Science in Management from WHU – Otto Beisheim School of Management and a Bachelor of Science in International Business Administration from the same institution, alongside further education at the Indian Institute of Management Bangalore and Junior Management School Düsseldorf.

GINSEP (German Indian Startup Exchange Program)
The German Indian Startup Exchange Program (GINSEP) is a not-for-profit platform to bring together all players of the Indo-German startup ecosystem. GINSEP acts as a first point of contact for startups and enablers looking at the respective other market and provides access to networks and expertise. The GINSEP network comprises of 140+ honorary GINSEP Ambassadors, 230+ partner organisations and 1200+ startups. The project is implemented by Beyond Borders Innovation BBI GmbH (www.beyondbordersinnovation.com) in Berlin in co-operation with its partner PrimedinFabrik (www.primedinfabrik.com) in India. The project is supported by the German Federal Ministry of Economic Affairs and Climate Action.
