Mark Waechter is a seasoned Digital Transformation Strategy Consultant with extensive experience in mobile marketing and technology since 2005. As the founder of MWC.mobi, Waechter has developed a robust career across various senior management roles at companies such as Unilever, UUNET, WorldCom, and T-Mobile. Currently, Waechter holds multiple roles including Chief Evangelist at XPO+ Launcher, Industry Expert at OECD - OCDE, and Chief Metaverse Mover at Metaverse Monday. Additionally, Waechter serves as a mentor at the Worldfactory Start-up Center and Orbit Startups while actively participating in the Bundesverband Digitale Wirtschaft as the Founder & Chair of both the Metaverse Committee and Mobile Focus Group. Waechter has also authored influential works on marketing strategies in the context of mobile-first societies and engages as an ambassador for GINSEP and GINSUM. Waechter holds a Diploma in Economics from Ruhr University Bochum.

GINSEP (German Indian Startup Exchange Program)
The German Indian Startup Exchange Program (GINSEP) is a not-for-profit platform to bring together all players of the Indo-German startup ecosystem. GINSEP acts as a first point of contact for startups and enablers looking at the respective other market and provides access to networks and expertise. The GINSEP network comprises of 140+ honorary GINSEP Ambassadors, 230+ partner organisations and 1200+ startups. The project is implemented by Beyond Borders Innovation BBI GmbH (www.beyondbordersinnovation.com) in Berlin in co-operation with its partner PrimedinFabrik (www.primedinfabrik.com) in India. The project is supported by the German Federal Ministry of Economic Affairs and Climate Action.
