Rishi Anand is an experienced professional with a strong background in translation, localization, and human resources. As the Founder and CEO of Linguidoor since January 2017, Rishi has established a network of over 5000 native linguists, providing services in more than 50 languages. Rishi also co-founded awtomated in December 2021, focusing on the growth and sustainability of translation companies. Rishi serves as an Ambassador for GINSEP since 2020 and held key HR roles at Takeaway.com and adsquare. Educational qualifications include a Master’s Degree in German Studies from Universität Rostock and a Bachelor’s Degree in Tourism from Indira Gandhi National Open University, among other degrees in German Studies.

GINSEP (German Indian Startup Exchange Program)
The German Indian Startup Exchange Program (GINSEP) is a not-for-profit platform to bring together all players of the Indo-German startup ecosystem. GINSEP acts as a first point of contact for startups and enablers looking at the respective other market and provides access to networks and expertise. The GINSEP network comprises of 140+ honorary GINSEP Ambassadors, 230+ partner organisations and 1200+ startups. The project is implemented by Beyond Borders Innovation BBI GmbH (www.beyondbordersinnovation.com) in Berlin in co-operation with its partner PrimedinFabrik (www.primedinfabrik.com) in India. The project is supported by the German Federal Ministry of Economic Affairs and Climate Action.
