Santhosh Jayaprakash serves as the Founder and Managing Director of Unosecur, established in February 2021, where a cloud identity security platform is developed, focusing on securing human and non-human identities through AI-powered threat detection and response. As the Founder and CEO of Ankercloud GmbH since March 2018, Santhosh leads an award-winning company based in Berlin, Germany, boasting over 130 full-time employees across five offices in Germany and India, recognized as an Amazon Web Services Advanced Consulting Partner. In addition, Santhosh holds the title of Ambassador for the German Indian Startup Exchange Program (GINSEP) and has a rich background in project management and business development from previous roles at Powerupcloud Technologies, EMC, Honeywell Technology Solutions, IBM, Enviu, Cognizant Technology Solutions, and Tata Consultancy Services. Educational credentials include a Bachelor of Science in Plant Biotechnology from PSG College of Arts and Science.

GINSEP (German Indian Startup Exchange Program)
The German Indian Startup Exchange Program (GINSEP) is a not-for-profit platform to bring together all players of the Indo-German startup ecosystem. GINSEP acts as a first point of contact for startups and enablers looking at the respective other market and provides access to networks and expertise. The GINSEP network comprises of 140+ honorary GINSEP Ambassadors, 230+ partner organisations and 1200+ startups. The project is implemented by Beyond Borders Innovation BBI GmbH (www.beyondbordersinnovation.com) in Berlin in co-operation with its partner PrimedinFabrik (www.primedinfabrik.com) in India. The project is supported by the German Federal Ministry of Economic Affairs and Climate Action.
