Shridhar Firodiya is a seasoned professional in supply chain management with extensive experience across several industries, currently serving as Senior Supply Chain Manager for Drive Unit at Tesla and previously as Supply Operations Manager in the same division. In addition to roles in Tesla, Shridhar has held positions as Advance Purchasing Manager and Program Manager at eAx solutions GmbH, establishing supply chains for electric drive units. Shridhar co-founded F&N Consulting, focusing on fostering connections between India and Germany, and served as an Honorary Ambassador for GINSEP, promoting startup collaborations. With previous consultancy experience at UBF.B GmbH and startups like Happy Roommate, Shridhar possesses a robust foundation in business and engineering, holding a Master’s Degree in Business Administration and Engineering from Hochschule für Technik und Wirtschaft Berlin, along with certifications in SAP ERP processes.

GINSEP (German Indian Startup Exchange Program)
The German Indian Startup Exchange Program (GINSEP) is a not-for-profit platform to bring together all players of the Indo-German startup ecosystem. GINSEP acts as a first point of contact for startups and enablers looking at the respective other market and provides access to networks and expertise. The GINSEP network comprises of 140+ honorary GINSEP Ambassadors, 230+ partner organisations and 1200+ startups. The project is implemented by Beyond Borders Innovation BBI GmbH (www.beyondbordersinnovation.com) in Berlin in co-operation with its partner PrimedinFabrik (www.primedinfabrik.com) in India. The project is supported by the German Federal Ministry of Economic Affairs and Climate Action.
