Mark Alexander

Mark Alexander has over 28 years of experience in the manufacturing and engineering sectors, currently serving as the Head of Manufacturing & Engineering at Ginsters since March 2005. In this role, Mark oversees the 24/7 operations of savoury manufacture at the Callington site, managing over 250 employees across four shifts and focusing on preparation, packing, production teams, engineering maintenance, and capital investment programs. Prior to this, Mark worked at Arla Foods as Engineering Manager from March 1995 to March 2005, where responsibilities included engineering and site services, driving capital investment programs, and enhancing operational efficiency through automation and lean methodologies.
