Bairon Peña

Bairon Peña has a diverse work experience starting from 2010. Bairon began their career as a Post Production Teacher at SDQ Training Center and later worked as a Post Production Specialist at ITLA. In 2012, they co-founded Thirdfx Studio and also served as a Visual Effects Specialist at Unicornio Films. Bairon then worked as a Freelance Illustrator and Motion Designer at Orci from October 2020 to April 2022. Bairon also taught as a University Professor at Universidad Iberoamericana from August 2019 to April 2022, and at Universidad APEC from October 2019 to December 2020. Bairon has experience as a Digital Director at Control Digital Agency since December 2015. Currently, they are working as a Visual, Motion, and Web Designer at Heirloom LA since August 2022. Additionally, from 2020 onwards, Bairon has been a GIFluencer and Motion Designer at GIPHY, creating interesting and creative sticker concepts with billions of uses in Instagram and TikTok.

Bairon Peña has a diverse education history, with a focus on digital communication, multimedia content, and business analytics. In 2006, they started their education at ITLA and obtained a degree in Multimedia Technology in 2011. During their time at ITLA, they developed skills in digital communication and media/multimedia.

Following their degree, Bairon Peña pursued various courses and certifications to enhance their knowledge and skills. In 2011, they attended CHAVÓN for courses in visual effects, post-production, and film and television writing, focusing on cinematography and film/video production. Bairon also took a documentary photography course at CHAVÓN in 2014, expanding their expertise in photography.

In 2018, Bairon Peña enrolled at Universidad APEC for an extended course in advanced web programming, where they gained skills in developing web pages, digital/multimedia content, and computer resources. Bairon then joined Escuela de Organización Industrial in 2018 for an executive program in big data and business analytics, focusing on the analysis and management of big data for business purposes.

Continuing to pursue their interest in digital communication and multimedia content, Bairon Peña completed two certificate courses in digital transformation and digital communication at Escuela de Organización Industrial in 2019.

In addition to their formal education, Bairon Peña obtained several certifications. Bairon achieved the Digital Signage Expo certification from the Digital Signage Federation in April 2019, enhancing their knowledge in digital signage. Furthermore, Bairon acquired the Social Media Week México 2018 certification from Social Media Week Mexico City in June 2018, showcasing their proficiency in social media.

Bairon Peña also holds certifications in Adobe Photoshop CS3 and Adobe After Effects CS4 as an Adobe Certified Expert (ACE). These certifications were obtained from the Instituto tenologico de las americas ITLA and Centro Pearson VUE, though the specific timing is not provided.
