Anne-Maree Kaser is an experienced healthcare executive with a robust background in leadership roles, currently serving as Chief Executive Officer at Gippsland Lakes Complete Health since July 2021. Prior to this, Kaser held the position of CEO at Windana Drug and Alcohol Recovery Inc from July 2013 to July 2021. In addition to executive roles, Kaser has contributed to various boards, including the Australasian Therapeutic Communities Association as a Board Member from November 2019 to June 2021 and as an Advisory Board Member for Outside The Locker Room from November 2014 to 2019. Kaser's involvement in community health initiatives is further demonstrated through board membership at GippSport from June 2012 to October 2015 and as Executive Director of Community Support at Latrobe Community Health Service from 2008 to July 2013. Education was attained at Monash University.

Gippsland Lakes Community Health (GLCH) is a high-profile health service provider in East Gippsland. We are noted for our extensive range of health and community services, our ability to relate to and provide services to the most disadvantaged communities, and our championing of the social model of health. We have sites in Lakes Entrance, Bairnsdale, Bruthen, Metung and Nowa Nowa, and provide outreach services throughout East Gippsland. Our services are divided into five units with a strong multi-disciplinary approach: • Aged and Disability Services • Clinical and Nursing Services • Community Health Services (incl. We take a lead role in workforce development to address chronic shortages of health professionals in remote rural areas; and adopt innovative ways to redefine work to attract, retain and maximise benefits for our staff.
