Paul Hopkins

Paul Hopkins is an experienced human resources leader with a strong background in retail management, currently serving as the General Manager of People and Culture at Gippsland Lakes Complete Health since December 2021. Prior to this role, Paul was the General Manager of People and Culture at City Holdings (Aus) Pty Ltd from March 2019 to December 2021. Paul's extensive career at Coles spanned nearly nine years, where Paul held various senior HR positions, including Head of People & Culture for Supply Chain Logistics and State HR Manager for Victoria and Tasmania, supporting over 25,000 team members across 211 supermarkets. Earlier in their career, Paul held HR leadership roles at Woolworths Limited, contributing to HR management in both Big W Stores and regional supermarkets in Victoria. With a commitment to providing HR leadership to large teams, Paul has consistently supported the operational and cultural needs of significant retail organizations across Australia.
