Louise Sparkes

Louise Sparkes has extensive experience in the healthcare industry. Louise is currently serving as the Chief Executive Officer at Gippsland Southern Health Service since February 2023. Prior to this, they held various leadership roles at Bass Coast Health, including Deputy Chief Executive Officer from August 2020 to February 2023, Chief Operating Officer from August 2018 to December 2020, and Executive Director Acute Care/Chief Nursing and Midwifery Officer from October 2016 to August 2018. Louise also worked as the Interim Executive Director of Regional Partnerships at Latrobe Regional Health from March 2022 to July 2022.

Louise Sparkes is currently pursuing a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a specialization in Business Administration and Management, General from the Australian Institute of Management. Prior to this, they attended Monash University where they completed a Master of Nursing degree. Additionally, Louise has obtained a certification in "The 10 Essentials of Influence and Persuasion" from LinkedIn in July 2022.
