Gaetano D'Aquila

Gaetano D'Aquila has a long and varied work experience. In 2014, they co-founded and became the CEO of GiPStech. From 2006 to 2014, they worked at Infomobility.it as a Project Leader, where they coordinated the team and was directly involved in the deployment of a pay-per-use software and hardware system for car insurance application, as well as a risk-analysis system for the car insurance market. From 2004 to 2006, they worked at Value Team as a Senior Consultant, where they were the lead consultant in the design and realization of a Critical Centralized Access System for Telecom Italia Mobile, a Risk Analysis Application for Telecom Italia Mobile, and an Integrated Security Control Center for Banca Intesa S. From 2002 to 2003, they worked at the Consiglio Nazionale delle Ricerche as a Researcher, where their research was mainly oriented to the study of remote sensing and methods for determining the water vapor content of the atmosphere. Finally, from 2003 to 2004, they were an Assistant Teacher at the University of Calabria.

Gaetano D'Aquila obtained their Doctor of Philosophy - PhD in Science and Engineering of the Environment, Buildings and Energy from Università della Calabria between 2015 and 2017. Gaetano also obtained their Laurea in Engineering of Computer Science from Università della Calabria between 1996 and 2002.
