Frank Schimmelpfennig

Frank Schimmelpfennig started their work experience in 1991 as a Project Manager at Innovatex GmbH. Frank then went on to become a Project Manager for Transport Automation at BARMAG AG from 1993 to 1995. In 1995, they joined GIRA GmbH & Co. KG as the Head of Electronics Design Group and Interim Head of Development. Frank was also a member of COG Deutschland e.V. from 2005 to 2015 and served as the Secretary for DFF Deutsches Flachdisplay Forum e.V. in 2014 and 2015.

Frank Schimmelpfennig attended the Technische Universität Chemnitz from 1986 to 1991, where they pursued a degree in Electrical Engineering / Automation / Technical Cybernetics. Frank successfully completed their studies and was awarded a Dipl.-Ing. degree.
