Tom Cannon

Tom Cannon has extensive work experience in the field of human resources. Tom started their career in 2005 at Tesco PLC, where they held various HR roles such as Deputy Manager, Personnel Manager, and Group Personnel Manager. During their time at Tesco, they successfully managed store operations, oversaw HR functions, and implemented strategies to improve employee performance and store standards. In 2014, they joined Giraffe Childcare as a Human Resources Officer and later became the Human Resource Manager and Head of HR. Their responsibilities at Giraffe Childcare included overseeing HR operations and ensuring the highest standard of childcare across their multiple centers. Overall, Tom Cannon has a strong background in HR management and a proven track record of delivering results in the retail and childcare sectors.

Tom Cannon completed their Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management at the National College of Ireland from 2004 to 2008. Prior to that, they obtained their Leaving Certificate from Balla Secondary School between 1995 and 2000.
