Clare Giovanni

Clare Giovanni is an experienced hospitality professional with over two decades in management roles within the restaurant and hotel industries. Currently serving as General Manager at Giraffe Restaurants since November 2010, Clare previously held the position of Managing Partner at La Tasca from February 2003 to November 2010 and worked as General Manager at Chiquito Restaurant, Bar and Mexican Grill between March 2000 and January 2003. Prior experience includes roles as Food and Beverage Manager at Hotel Smokies Park and Duty Manager at Britannia Hotels Ltd. Clare holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Hospitality Business Management from The University of Huddersfield, completed in 1998.
