Colin Waters is an experienced hospitality professional with a strong background in restaurant management. Currently serving as General Manager at Côte Brasserie since May 2018, Colin has also held the position of Area Manager and General Manager at Giraffe Restaurants since June 2010. Previous experience includes General Manager at Clubhouse Dalgety Bay from July 2008 to May 2010 and Restaurant Manager at Macdonald Hotels & Resorts from June 2006 to June 2008. Colin holds a Joint Honours degree in Hospitality Management and Tourism from the University of Strathclyde and completed Highers in English, Mathematics, and Accounting at Fortrose Academy.
