Montserrat Maresch Pascual

Montserrat Maresch Pascual is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in management consulting and executive leadership across various sectors. Currently serving as Advisor to the Board of Directors at Girbau since September 2021, Montserrat is also the Co-Founder and Senior Advisor at Naar + Maresch AB, established in April 2020. Additionally, Montserrat holds the position of Operating Partner at Abac Capital, advising the Board of the portfolio company KBV. Formerly a Board Member of the GN Group from March 2020 to March 2023, Montserrat has a rich history with IKEA Group, where roles ranged from Senior Advisor in Strategy, Organisation and Process to Deputy Country Manager for Spain and Portugal. Early career experiences include positions as Marketing Director at GRUPO CORTEFIEL and Iberia, along with leadership roles at IKEA.
