Scarlett Madison has a diverse work experience, starting with their current role as Manager of Social Impact Campaigns at Linio Group since April 2019. Prior to that, they worked as a Project Director for Girl Effect, focusing on projects in India from April 2017. Scarlett also co-founded Purposeful Productions in June 2016 and served as the Co-Founder until April 2017. Before that, they held various roles at Nike, including Senior Director of Brands & Media from December 2014 to June 2016, Global Initiatives Senior Manager from May 2013 to December 2013, and Programme Manager from March 2011 to May 2013. Additionally, Scarlett has experience as Managing Director & Trustee at FileBase Ltd. from March 2009 to February 2011. Prior to that, they worked as an Account Director at Glue London, specializing in digital campaigns and working with brands such as Reebok, Virgin Money, and Eurostar. Scarlett's career started as an Account Manager at WPP, where they worked on marketing campaigns for Ford of Europe.
Scarlett Madison earned a Bachelor's degree in French Language and Literature from the University of Oxford from 1999 to 2003. Scarlett later obtained a Master's degree in Producing Film & Television from the National Film & Television School. Additionally, they have certifications in First Aid Training from Middlesex University (obtained in 2015) and in CIMA Management Accounting from CIMA.
