Sharlene Telemacque

Sharlene Telemacque has extensive experience in recruitment and people management, currently serving as People Manager at Girl Effect since October 2019, where previous roles included People and Resourcing Specialist and Recruiter. Prior to this, Sharlene worked at The Forward Trust from May 2016 to June 2019, holding positions such as Recruitment Lead and Talent Management Administrator. Additionally, Sharlene gained valuable experience at Plan Personnel from February 2012 to March 2016 as Team Leader and Staff Controller. Sharlene's educational background includes attendance at St Angela's Sixth Form College.
