Since 2020, Girl Gains has been empowering women and promoting a community for women of all fitness backgrounds to feel connected. We are a college and high school organization across 100 campuses and an evolving online community. Whether you are looking for a group of like-minded, supportive girls on your college campus or from your phone screen, we have a discord group designed to connect women from all over.
