Jan Hester

Jan Hester has extensive experience in community engagement and organizational support, holding various roles with the Girl Guides of Canada since September 1992, including Community Guider and Community Guider Adviser. In addition, Jan served as an Inspection Support Representative at the Electrical Safety Authority from April 1987 to July 2016, where responsibilities included processing invoices and managing training bookings. Jan also contributed to Scouts Canada from 1994 to December 2015, collaborating on annual activities with the Girl Guides of Canada. Furthermore, Jan worked as an Independent Consultant with Close To My Heart from April 2006 to December 2014. Educational background includes a degree in Business and Commerce from Kipling Collegiate, complemented by earlier schooling at Dixon Grove Middle School and Westway Public School.
