Nicole Brady, CPA, CGA, is an accomplished finance professional with extensive experience in financial management and analysis. Currently serving as Senior Finance Manager at Girl Guides of Canada since February 2014, Nicole has progressively held multiple roles including Manager of Financial Reporting & Analysis and Senior Accounting Analyst. Key responsibilities include preparation and review of multi-division budgets, monthly and yearly account reconciliations, financial statement analysis, and contributing to year-end audits. Additional experience includes working as a Financial Analyst at University Health Network, Individual Taxation Administrator at Equitable Life, and various accounting roles at Communitech, Gabae Industries Corp., Economical Insurance, and Direct Energy. Nicole holds a Diploma of Accounting from Wilfrid Laurier University and an Honours Bachelor of Arts from the University of Waterloo, supplemented by CPA certification completed between 2013 and 2017.
