Carrie Banachowski began their work experience in 1991 as a National Merchandise Manager at Marriott International. Carrie then joined Girl Scouts Nation's Capital in 1997, where they initially worked as a Retail Operations & Executive Projects Manager for almost two decades. In October 2016, they transitioned to the role of Business Operations Manager at Girl Scouts Nation's Capital, where they currently work.
Carrie Banachowski completed their high school education at Thomas S. Wootton High School from 1976 to 1980. Carrie then pursued a Bachelor's Degree in Fashion Merchandising at Marymount University from 1980 to 1984. In 2021, they obtained a certification in Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion in the Workplace from USF Corporate Training and Professional Education.
