Beth Kjorlaug is currently the Director of Membership and Data Services at Girl Scouts - Diamonds of Arkansas, Oklahoma, and Texas. Prior to this role, Beth held various positions within the organization including Data Director, Senior Placement Manager, Senior Placement Specialist, Placement Specialist, and Recruitment Specialist. Before their time at Girl Scouts, Beth volunteered as the Youth Coordinator at Griffin Memorial United Methodist Church, where Beth helped plan events, fundraisers, and annual summer trips for the youth. Beth also has experience as a Sales Associate at Bath & Body Works. Beth holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communication Studies from Arkansas State University and graduated from Beebe High School with a degree in General Education.

The Diamonds Council serves all counties in Arkansas except Crittenden; Adair, LeFlore and Sequoyah counties in Oklahoma; and Cass and Bowie counties in Texas.
