Jacquelin Fischer has extensive experience in education and leadership, currently serving as a Leader for Girl Scouts - Diamonds of Arkansas, Oklahoma and Texas since 2007, focusing on community service and the empowerment of young girls. In addition, Jacquelin has worked as a Special Education Aide for Springdale Public Schools since August 2012 and previously as a Teacher/Sub for Rogers Public Schools from January 2011 to May 2012. Academic qualifications include a Master of Education (MEd) in Special Education and Teaching and a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Early Childhood Education and Teaching, both from Harding University, along with foundational education from Springdale High School.

The Diamonds Council serves all counties in Arkansas except Crittenden; Adair, LeFlore and Sequoyah counties in Oklahoma; and Cass and Bowie counties in Texas.
