Ildiko Acs

Ildiko Acs is an experienced HR Professional currently serving as an HR Specialist at Girl Scouts Heart of New Jersey since February 2022, contributing to the organization's mission of fostering courage, confidence, and character in girls. Prior to this role, Ildiko held the position of Director of HR & Admin at Organica Water from May 2010 to April 2020, where innovative wastewater treatment solutions were developed. Earlier experience includes serving as Branch Manager and RPO Operations Manager at Grafton Hungary from August 2007 to May 2010, where Ildiko managed temporary workforce solutions and recruitment projects. Additionally, Ildiko was an HR Coordinator at Humán Rent Magyarország Kft. from June 2004 to July 2007. Ildiko Acs holds a Master's degree in HR Management from Pecsi Tudomanyegyetem and a Master's degree in Economics from Szechenyi Istvan Egyetem.
