Ellen Swarts

Ellen Swarts serves as the Senior Director of Finance and Risk Management for the Girl Scouts of Greater Los Angeles, overseeing financial operations for a nonprofit organization that impacts over 34,000 girl members and 19,000 adult volunteers. With extensive experience in finance, Ellen held the position of Board Chair at Spectrum Chemical Manufacturing Corporation and worked as the Corporate Controller at Teledyne Controls, where responsibilities included managing financial operations for the Aerospace Electronics Segment. Prior roles include Accounting Manager at Elm Street Development and Manufacturing Finance Manager at McBee Systems, Inc., where Ellen was instrumental in budgeting, financial reporting, and system implementations. Ellen holds an MBA from Pepperdine Graziadio Business School and a BBA in Accounting from James Madison University.
