Kathy Rutherford is a seasoned technology and engineering educator with extensive experience as a self-employed Tech Ed Product Evaluator since October 2015, specializing in various STEM education kits and products. Currently serving as a technical mentor for robotics teams at The Mary Louis Academy and Immaculate Conception High School, Kathy also contributes as a speaker and mentor for the NJ FTC STEM Girls program and the Girl Scouts of Greater New York. Involved with FIRST as a competition judge since 2005 and as a judge for several other educational initiatives, Kathy's expertise extends to engagements with Cornell University and the Science Olympiad. Educational qualifications include a Master of Science in Biomedical Engineering from Case Western Reserve University and a Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical Engineering from Manhattan University.
