The Directors Group at Girl Scouts of Central & Southern NJ comprises senior leaders responsible for guiding various organizational functions to support and empower 30,000 members. This team focuses on strategic planning, overseeing council operations, ensuring facility management, improving business and customer processes, and enhancing girl experiences and volunteer support. Their collective efforts aim to foster leadership and innovation among girls and support the mission of building girls of courage, confidence, and character.
