Mary Floyd (Beth)

Mary "Beth" Floyd is an experienced professional in membership development and community engagement, currently serving as the Membership Development Manager at the Girl Scouts of Central Indiana since October 2012. In this role, Floyd provides leadership and support to volunteers across Boone, Johnson, and Marion Counties. Prior to this position, Floyd worked as an Independent Contractor for the Center for Workforce Learning, where responsibilities included financial documentation, customer relationship management, training material preparation, and online module narration. Additional experience includes coaching the Avon Aerial Oriole Jump Rope Team and data entry for the Girl Scouts of Hoosier Capital. Floyd holds a Bachelor of Science in Therapeutic Recreation/Recreational Therapy from Indiana University Bloomington, earned between 1978 and 1981.
