Kim serves as an audit partner and leader of the commercial audit practice with Ernst & Young in Boston with over 25 years of experience serving multi-national, high-growth companies, including life sciences, technology, and professional services companies. Kim began her career in the Boston office of Arthur Andersen and joined Ernst & Young’s Boston office in 2002. She has extensive experience working with companies on their revenue models (including multiple-element arrangements), financing and acquisition plans, and involvement with numerous IPOs and secondary financings. Kim is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accounts (AICPA) and the Massachusetts Society of Certified Public Accountants (MSCPA). Within her community, Kim has served as Vice-Chair of the United Way Women United Leadership Council and a member of the United Way Global Women United Leadership Council. She earned her BS in accounting from Boston College. Kim joined the Board of Directors in 2020. She serves on the Membership Advisory Group, Audit Committee, and the Executive Committee.
