Pi Fong has a diverse work experience in the non-profit sector. Starting in 2015, Pi worked as a Community and Policy Intern at the Massachusetts Transgender Political Coalition. They then held roles as an Organizing Fellow at the National LGBTQ Task Force and a Field Organizer at Freedom Massachusetts. In 2016, Pi became a Trans Community Organizer at SAVE Dade and a Volunteer Support Specialist at Girl Scouts of Eastern Massachusetts. From 2018 to 2019, Pi worked as a Regional Field Director at Freedom for All Massachusetts and a Volunteer Manager at Project HEAL: Help to Eat, Accept and Live. Pi returned to Girl Scouts of Eastern Massachusetts in 2019 and served as a Customer Support Specialist and later as a Community Cultivation & Cultural Advocacy Manager. In 2022, Pi joined Groton Hill Music Center as a Volunteer & Development Events Coordinator before transitioning to their current role as the Associate Director of Community Engagement at Girl Scouts of Eastern MA.
Pi Fong attended Clark University from 2011 to 2015 and earned a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Women's & Gender Studies and English.
