Abby Muir

Abby Muir is an experienced program manager and volunteer coordinator with a strong history of leadership in educational and recreational settings. Currently serving as the Program Manager for Events, Volunteers, and Partners at the Girl Scouts of Eastern Missouri since December 2022, Abby promotes collaboration with partner organizations and manages large-scale events while overseeing volunteer recruitment and training. Previous roles include Volunteer Coordinator at The Magic House, where Abby implemented marketing strategies and created the museum's first volunteer newsletter, and After-School Coordinator at Girls in the Game, focusing on curriculum development and volunteer management. Abby holds a Master's degree in Recreation Administration and a Bachelor's degree in Recreation and Park Administration, equipping Abby with a solid foundation for success in program development and community engagement.
