Carmen Evans is an experienced professional with a robust background in mission delivery and community engagement, currently serving as Vice President of Mission Delivery at Girl Scouts of Greater Chicago & Northwest Indiana since March 2011. Prior roles within the organization include Director of Troop Support, Manager of Recruitment, and Membership and Community Engagement Specialist.
