Paige Michals

Paige Michals is a Customer Success Account Manager at Microsoft since August 2022, where responsibilities include managing customer relationships and driving account success. In addition, Paige serves as the Vice Chair and Internal Connections Chair for BAM Chicago and as an Associate Board Member for both the Girl Scouts of Greater Chicago & Northwest Indiana and the Illinois Science and Technology Coalition. Paige's previous experience includes roles as a Customer Success Manager and various internships at Procter & Gamble and Pepco Holdings, focusing on marketing technology and data analytics. Paige attained a Bachelor of Science in Computer Engineering from North Carolina Agricultural and Technical State University in May 2022.
