Rachel Broussard

Rachel Broussard has extensive experience in leadership roles within the Girl Scouts organization, currently serving as CEO of Girl Scouts of Louisiana - Pines to the Gulf since January 2015. Prior to this role, Rachel held the position of Chief Operating Officer for Direct Services from February 2009 to 2014, where management of three departments with a budget of $1.4 million was a key responsibility. Rachel's career began with the Bayou Girl Scout Council as Adult Development & Membership Director, supervising a diverse team and overseeing membership initiatives. Earlier roles included Membership Specialist for Bayou Council Girl Scouts and Assistant Manager/Counselor at Acadiana Youth, alongside military service as a Corporal in the US Army. Rachel holds a Bachelor's of Arts Degree in Sociology from the University of Southwestern Louisiana, earned between 1993 and 1997.
