John Zhao

John Zhao is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in engineering and leadership roles. Currently serving as a Member of the Board of Directors at Girl Scouts of Nassau County since 2022, John has been with Bloomberg LP since June 2006, holding the position of Engineering Group Team Leader for Internal Applications. Prior to this, John worked as an Engineer at Consolidated Edison of New York from 2004 to 2006 and founded Zoftware Corporation, where John served as CEO from 1995 to 2006. John Zhao holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from The Cooper Union for the Advancement of Science and Art, graduating Summa Cum Laude between 2002 and 2006.
