Erin Olm-Shipman

Erin Olm-Shipman is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in development and arts management. Currently serving as the Director of Development for the Girl Scouts of NE Kansas & NW Missouri since January 2025, Erin previously held the position of Donor Relations Manager at Starlight Theatre, where significant achievements included increasing corporate giving by 22-29% annually. Erin's leadership as Executive Director of the Visalia Fox Theatre led to a 70% increase in public engagement and a 37% rise in event attendance. Additional roles include Co-Coordinator for the Tulare County Alliance for Arts Education and Director of Development for Visalia Arts Consortium, where strategic advocacy and donor cultivation were key focuses. Erin holds a Bachelor’s degree in Art History and Philosophy from Mount Holyoke College and a Master’s degree in Art History from the University of Missouri-Kansas City.
